Two areas requiring coordination
Preparing qualification documents and entering Italy for work have different purposes. Having documents organised does not replace an employment or immigration assessment.
The employer's role
When the process requires a nulla osta al lavoro, the application is handled by the hiring company in Italy or its authorized representative. Assessment and issuance are the responsibility of the competent Italian authorities. SkyRevalida supports document preparation and the coordination covered by the service.
SkyRevalida's scope
SkyRevalida organises documentation and coordinates with partners under the agreed contract. It does not issue a nulla osta al lavoro or establish the candidate's employment relationship in Italy.
Questions before moving forward
Who is the employer? What type of contract is offered? Who handles immigration procedures? Which documents and costs are your responsibility? Ask for written answers and legal assessment when needed.
